About The Editor

I’m Anne and I’ve been living in a 390 square foot apartment in downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada for a year and a half. When I first moved in, I was on my own and so space wasn’t an issue. I liked my tiny abode, the convenience of it’s location and how easy it was to decorate with just a few items.

I still like it here only, now, things have changed a bit. My youngest daughter moved in with me last year. The space is a one bedroom so, by night, the sofa converts to her sleeping quarters. We developed strategies for getting along under these circumstances and, so far, it’s working for us. You wouldn’t think we could squeeze one more into the space but, guess what? We have.

This month, my boyfriend moved in, adding to the mix. Now, we have three adults living in under 400 square feet until we find a two bedroom. Sound like fun? Actually, it kinda is!
